My slightly lower rates, are brought about because I would like to offer an opportunity to those learners whom cant always afford extra tuition. I often find that learners whom cant afford the "extra tuition" fees need it, just as much as any other bona fide learner. Hence, I request upfront payment, with the promise that in the event of us exceeding the allocated time limit, by a few minutes, I will not charge you for another hour, so to speak. Its more imoortant that learners end their lessons with a happy heart.
