About Camden
I developed a passion for English through literature, storytelling, and the exploration of language’s expressive potential. This led me to earn a B.A. in English Language Studies and an M.Ed. in Applied Linguistics. Over 8 years, I have taught learners of all ages, guiding them to strengthen fluency, comprehension, writing skills, and self-confidence. My teaching emphasizes clarity, patience, and individualized support. I create lessons that balance challenge and encouragement, ensuring students experience steady progress without feeling overwhelmed. I integrate reading, writing, conversation, and listening exercises to promote comprehensive skill-building, while tailoring explanations to each learner’s style and pace. My goal is to help students gain competence, independence, and confidence in communication. Outside teaching, I explore modern literature, language trends, and creative writing, bringing fresh insights to my lessons. Teaching English is deeply rewarding because it allows me to support students in becoming articulate, confident communicators capable of expressing themselves effectively and creatively.

English learning becomes effective when students are encouraged to engage with reading, writing, listening, and speaking in a structured, supportive environment. My lessons focus on grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, conversational practice, and comprehension, all designed to build confidence and independence. I emphasize active participation, structured exercises, and interactive methods that help learners internalize language skills while enjoying the process.
Beginners focus on foundational sentence construction, essential vocabulary, basic pronunciation, and simple reading comprehension. Intermediate learners work on paragraph development, conversational fluency, grammar application, and structured writing practice. Advanced students refine essay composition, critical reading, persuasive communication, and nuanced writing. Lessons include patient correction, guided practice, and progressive exercises that encourage consistent improvement.
The goal of my English lessons is to help students express themselves clearly and confidently while developing practical communication skills. Learners gain fluency, analytical thinking, and confidence in using English across academic, personal, and professional contexts.
