About Kym
I hold a degree in English with Honours, alongside A levels and a PGCE (14+). With a strong foundation in education and a passion for teaching, I thrive on creating meaningful connections with learners and putting them at ease. I believe that genuine rapport is the key to unlocking potential, and I take pride in supporting individuals to achieve their goals. My lessons are designed to be engaging, dynamic, and tailored to inspire curiosity and confidence. Helping learners grow—both academically and personally—is at the heart of everything I do.

I have a variety of teaching methods. However, I believe that everyone learns differently and learning is constantly interchanging for each student. I use a student-focused approach with visual representatives. I have experience in working with many learning levels along with supporting SEND. A lesson's typical length is one hour and I work with ages 11+ with a specialism in GCSE and A Level English. I have a degree in English as well as a PGCE for ages 11+.
