About Arlene

I am an experienced educator focused on your learning and interested in developing your understanding and awareness of the subject. I am passionate about literature and reading and feel that this enthusiasm is reflected in my teaching style.
I have taught for a number of years and want the students that I tutor to succeed and progress.

About the lesson

I am able to create and develop a personalised programme of study, with lessons ranging in time from 30 mins to an hour. I am able to support learning by focusing on specific areas that need improvement.
I have worked with a variety of young people ranging in age from primary to secondary. I am an Education and English Literature graduate and promote the benefits of reading and comprehension to aid learning.
