I am a 24 year old English graduate that works in a secondary school as a teaching assistant. Outside of work my love for books continues and takes up a great deal of my time. I also enjoy crocheting and cooking!

I would intend to completely tailor your lessons to your personal GCSE journey. With full access and understanding of the English GCSE curriculum, I am able to jump in and help you understand your class work where you may be struggling. Alternatively, I am also able to use my love of the subject to bring new ideas and materials to the table. My lessons are typically 40 minutes long with the intention of a small amount of manageable homework to take away until our next meeting. With an English degree, I am also happy to mark and pre-read any work you may have completed inside or outside of our lessons. With my 9-5 being in a secondary school, I am very comfortable teaching the 11-16 age group however would not be opposed to helping out students outside of that age category.
