About Valentia
Welcome, and thank you for stopping by. My favourite book is The Great Gatsby. I could go on a tangent on why this is but instead , I will say this:
The Great Gatsby is an experience whether you watch the movie, read the book or listen to the audio, there are many ways to appreciate literature.
Many ways to teach literature and if you are willing to learn, I will put my best foot forward in assisting you to achieve the goals you set out to. I will do this by:
Reading or studying as well as having academic discussions about your coursework with you. Making sure you are confident with the material.

My methodology is getting my students to fall in love with the language first. I encourage my students to become avid readers no matter the choice of material they read. This is a valuable skill for building vocabulary, as well as making their answers more imaginative and fun.
I teach in English mainly.
Students can expect an interesting and fun breakdown of course material that encourages their own voice and interpretation of the text
