About Oluwatobi
I am a graduate of English Education from the University of ilorin. I have been teaching English Language and Literature in schools for the past four years. I presently teach Diction and Literature in English at "The Ultimate College". Furthermore, I possess interpersonal skills which has enabled me to interact with learners on a more personal level . Effective communication skill is also one of my strong points.

As an educationist, lessons are well presented if they are well planned.
A key to effective teaching and learning is having a well structured lesson plan. This I have never failed to adopt during my course of teaching.
I appreciate the differentiation method. This method involves allocating tasks based on students abilities to ensure no one is left behind. I believe a class should be as interactive as possible. In this way a teacher isn't just seen as a disseminator of knowledge and ideas but also as a friend.
