About Jeff
I recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Communications. Throughout high school and college, I studied Spanish and traveled to Peru where I was immersed in Spanish. I also studied Spanish abroad in Costa Rica. I am seeking to take my experience with Spanish as a second language and share it with those in whom English is a second language.

I would use an ESL curriculum that provides direction. Additionally, I would focus on oral and written comprehension as well as conversation experience and understanding nuances of the English language. Learning to speak a second language can be frustrating. I would provide students with encouragement and opportunities to see their progress.
