Organizing student learning opportunities.
Managing student learning progression and developing student orientation towards learning and honing adaptability skills. Believe working in teams. Logical and critical thinking, ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I envisage on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
My primary role will be to prepare the materials and plans needed to teach students in my subject areas, develop classroom activities, create classroom lectures and choose topics of discussion. Encourage and motivate students to use their knowledge in not only my concerned subject but also inter relate with other subjects as well for a holistic approach of this teaching-learning process. Use methods to keep students engaged, encouraging class participation and also assign homework and give grade tests.
