I am a junior in college who began babysitting in 2010, for two years in high school tutored an elementary schooler in English and math, for one year in high school assisted a kindergarten class with reading, and since 2012 has been an editor for various publications.

As a student who had a short attention and was a visual learner, I try to teach in ways that are both fun and accessible to the individual. I am very willing to go at the pace which is comfortable for the learner, and also want to help show that learning can be fun by using humor, understandable metaphors, and anecdotes to help increase understanding of a given topic.
