About Elizabeth
Hello!
I am a tutor based in Leeds (from September 2017), recently graduated from the English and Creative Writing programme at Goldsmiths, University of London.
I have experience in teaching Creative Writing and assisting with Public Speaking classes at Chelsea Young Writers in London.
I have knowledge of almost every A-Level and GCSE English set text, and I am happy to take the time to study something in advance if it is outside of the texts I have previously studied.
As well as helping to work on essays and pass exams, I am committed to understanding the needs of each pupil and appreciate the fact that all students learn in different ways. I believe that learning should always be exciting, creative and challenging. I will help each pupil to develop their own independent study skills which they will hopefully be able to apply to their work in the future.
I am flexible in terms of time and location, and I am also available for online/Skype sessions.
