Ruchi's support and contribution to personnel training were helpful and effective. It is a complex challenge for a company to make sure that all the employees and operators are well aware and trained about the principles and methods of food safety, product quality, required procedures, records, etc. While it is relatively simple to exchange information with colleagues, translating and conveying the above to a large number of individuals, coming from a broad variety of different backgrounds, is complicated and requires great teaching skills.
Ruchi's contribution was crucial in this challenge.

I will always remember with gratitude the period I worked with her. Having Ruchi at my side was an immense gift. Her support saved my days (and everyone's) countless times. It would be difficult here to mention the great variety of ways she contributed towards the success of our Food Safety & Quality programs; nonetheless, I would like to remember at least a couple of examples. Among Ruchi's skills, I am going to mention adaptability. We worked in a stage of active development and continuous improvement of our programs, with needs, plans, and contexts rapidly changing on a monthly basis, if not weekly. Naturally, the challenges were several, but, particularly, they were all different. We had to analyze, design, and respond to a great variety of situations, including many that were never met before. Ruchi's work was crucial, and I will always be grateful. I could not have done it without her.

She is one of the most knowledgeable and talented tutor. She has strong work ethics and try to motivate people around her. I’ve learned a lot from her and she’s an amazing person.
