I am pursuing engineering in Chennai, currently in 3rd year. I have always loved maths and found it weird when people used to hate maths until I realised no one understands the basic concepts and the beauty of maths. It is so logic and no nonsense subject. Studying maths for like 15-16 years now I realise the importance of basics and how life can be so simple if you understand the basics and logic behind what we are doing. So I start off with basics that is from the scratch and complete prerequisites and maybe some fun facts and then make how the theory can be used in problem statements. I also make them understand formulae and how they came into being rather than making them mug up
