During a lesson, if for example I teach, I’ll check if learners do understand what I have taught or not, if they do not understand, I check where they lack the understanding and stick on that. I understand that learners are different and they’re rate of understanding is not the same, so I usually divide the class to groups of 5 or less in order for them to understand me very well and have the courage to ask me questions if they need clarity in certain things. This helps them a lot because some learners are afraid to ask questions in front of the whole class.
