About Asad
I am passionate about maths; learning it, teaching it and researching it, so naturally enjoy physics as well. I am currently waiting to start my engineering degree at Durham and want to help others achieve the best results as well.
I try to teach in a way that gives student a rigorous knowledge so that they can tackle new problems that the haven't been exposed to with confidence.

I believe in learning by understanding but also place emphasis on doing. Knowing what to do AND how to do it is crucial to me. Typically, lessons can be between 1-2 hrs depending on willingess of the learner. I myself will be studying Mechanical Engineering at Durham, I had 9s in Maths an Physics at GCSE and was predicted a 7 in IB Maths and Physics for my UCAS application. Additionally , I did my extended essay in Physics (scored an A), so I am able to assist with TOK essays, IAs and EEs for IB students. I am looking to teach GCSE to A-level age students so approximately 15-19.
