My cancellation policy is a 12-hour minimum before the session without penalty, but if a cancellation is made within 12 hours of a session full cost is due. If three or more sessions are canceled within 12 hours of a session I reserve the right to no longer schedule meetings.

If I am teaching through a webcam I may ask a parent to print some materials for me so the student can physically hold what they are reading, as that is shown to improve comprehension.
