About Ayindrila
I am a engineer curently wotking in pharma r&d lab .Have taught kids as a part of NGO in college for 3 years .Always loved mathematics since school days but it was a tough competition between biology and mathematics hence decided to pursue biotech further but luckily in engineering maths was always required .

My teaching method depends on the student needs .Some students prefer the topic to be explained to them and then they study and come back with doubts while some prefer notes from which they can study directly wothout reffering to books .Though I have preffered the former method as it gives the student a chance to question ,I am open to following any method they like .
For mathematics ,explaning the basuc rules to the students follwed by few examples is a must for proper understanding .
