About Boitumelo
Im in my electrical engineering final year. Been interning for 8months. Le tuure assistant for a year at tshwane University of technology and major in software design and control systems. Coding and Mathematical modeling is my daily task. I don't have online tutoring experience however as a student I know a lot about being a student. The challenges and the barriers. The need for individualized study methods.

I introduce a topic and get the feel for how the general reception is. If majority of learners seem knowledgeable about the topic I engage them to teach each other in discussion form first before I come with the "correct" understanding. It's easier to remember something when you are told by a peer. It creates a need to know feeling of how come I didn't know about this. Also every learner needs individual understanding because not everyone will grasp information at the same pace. So as we work through examples it's important to note which learners are lagging behind. Also I like to end every lesson with suspense... Find out the answer at our next lesson.
