About Shadman
I am going into my 2nd year as an engineering student, majoring in civil engineering. Some of the things that are taught in high school are reinforced in university classes and I can tell you being bright in high school does help out quite a lot so understanding and mastering the skills before going into university can be very important for success.

I like start with the basics and work towards the more difficult problems.
A typical class would start with a DO NOW. So i will present a question on the board and will give students a chance to do it themselves in a 5 minute window. Then solve it and students can see how they did. Then i will continue with the class and teach the lessons for the day. In the end students will have a break to work on homework or ask questions or simply do whatever they want with little to no talking.
