I do not believe in a "one size fits all" lecture. I utilize a mix of educational psychological principles to ensure concepts stick.
Instructional Scaffolding: I break complex topics down into manageable chunks. We start with the basics (the foundation) and build upward only when you are ready.
Active Recall & Spaced Repetition: I can generate quizzes or ask you to "teach it back to me" to verify your understanding, which helps move information from short-term to long-term memory.
