About Marco
I'm a second-year Energy Engineering student at the University of Bologna (average grades 28/30) and graduated with an industrial engineering degree (95/100).
Over the years, I've reached the national finals in three mathematics competitions (the Mathematics Olympiad, the Kangourou Cup, and second place at the Bocconi Games).
For two years, I've been providing teaching support and private tutoring.
I teach students a structured method based on logical rigor, providing them with the skills they need to approach the subject independently and with confidence.

The lessons are designed for middle and high school students to address gaps in their knowledge, consolidate their curriculum, or enhance their analytical skills.
The approach is geared toward understanding the underlying logic of the procedures, avoiding the memorization of formulas. A typical lesson consists of three phases:
1. Gap diagnosis: Identifying theoretical or procedural bottlenecks.
2. Guided problem-solving: Applying concepts to practical exercises with analytical breakdown of the problem.
3. Assessment of autonomy: Solving problems of increasing difficulty to consolidate reasoning.
Finally, since each student's needs are unique, I always define the methods, objectives, and timelines directly with the student or their family before beginning.
