About Andres
I am an Electrical Engineering student at UCSC who has been tutoring Math subjects for 3 years. I am also a former 4.0 high school student. I began teaching and helping my friends in high school learn and pass their tests and now I help college students do the same.
Math has always been my favorite topic and I still use it on a daily basis when tackling problems in my field. As such, I have a deep understanding of mathematical principles and have a strong grasp on them, helping me explain topics clearly.

I offer online and in-person math tutoring for middle school and high school students, helping them understand topics and gain practice to solidify their skills.
Working with the student, I adapt my teaching approach based on what they feel works best and use that to help make concepts more intuitive.
As a tutor with more than 2 years of experience teaching a variety of subjects in the Math and Technology field, I am comfortable explaining most school-level topics following the methods most students are taught and adapting to their own styles.
