About Advitiya
I'm currently a college sophomore at BITS Pilani. I'm a pretty smart and confident guy who spends his free time trying to explore new skills and activities as much as I can. Some hobbies I pursue for pleasure like gaming, binging and swimming while others I pursue to learn new skills. These include learning new languages, coding, stock markets, psychology and cybersecurity. I also love teaching which i discovered when i joined an NGO which focused on educating students from a not-so-fortunate background. I have been teaching students since i passed 12th grade.

The 2 basic requirements for teaching are :
1.) Knowledge and intelligence
2.) How to handle students' problems
I have an adequate amount of achievements to show for the former.
As for the latter, I have been teaching for 2 years and I've come to realize that each student has different capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. I make sure to identify where the student is lacking understanding and where are they doing well. I personally analyze every student during my interaction in group classes. I maintain a two-way relationship with my students to contact each other quickly and easily. I assign homework on a daily basis based on what is taught in the class and ensure that everyone keeps up. I also plan to take short tests weekly, both conceptual and calculative on Google forms, as it is an effective way to improve your time management and memory.
