About Tanvi
I’m a friendly and approachable maths and science tutor with a strong interest in organic chemistry. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.
I’m patient, reliable, and focused on helping students not just improve their grades, but actually understand the material and feel more confident in their abilities.
I’m neurodivergent myself, so I understand that everyone learns differently. I have experience working with neurodivergent students and adapt my teaching style to suit each person—whether that means breaking things down more clearly, going at a different pace, or using more structured explanations.

I take a personalised approach, adapting each lesson to suit individual learning styles and goals. I focus on building a solid understanding of core concepts before moving on to problem-solving and exam techniques.
Lessons are interactive and engaging, encouraging students to think actively, ask questions, and build confidence. I regularly use practice and exam-style questions to reinforce learning and track progress.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes (with longer options available), and include review, new content, and guided practice.
I have a strong academic background in maths and science, with particular strength in organic chemistry, and experience supporting students in improving both understanding and grades.
My lessons are suitable for all levels, including primary, GCSE, and A-level, whether students need extra support or are aiming for top results.
