About Alexa
I’m new to tutoring, but I just finished a very math and science heavy degree. There were many times when I wished I had someone who could just sit with me and explain things in a way that actually made sense, especially when the textbook or class wasn’t helping.
I want to be that person for someone else. It’s not just about getting the right answer, it’s about really understanding what’s going on and feeling confident enough to figure things out on your own next time.

If you’re having trouble understanding certain concepts or getting stuck on specific problems, I can help walk you through them step by step and explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes all it takes is looking at it from a different angle.
I’m flexible with how we structure our sessions. Whether you would prefer learning new material together, reviewing for a test, or just working through homework and practice questions. I recently graduated with an engineering degree, so the content is still fresh for me, and I remember what it’s like to be in that position.
