About Akash
I have been working professionally as a software engineer for most of my professional life, currently working at Amazon. I have always enjoyed teaching since a young age. I was teaching drums to college students during my undergrad. I also taught underprivileged kids in India the basics of computer fundamentals while working with a non-profit.
Additionally I have held several teaching assistant positions at my grad school Cornell

I have never really relied on learning formulas or concepts, but understanding them on a core level and internalizing the concepts. I take a first principles approach in my lessons and you will find very limited need to take notes in my lessons.
A typical lesson would be around 45 - 60 minutes which can either give an overview of a broad topic or dive into a specific concept.
I have previously taught physics and computer programming at a school in India. I have also held several teaching assistant positions at Cornell.
My lessons are directed to anyone who wants to learn. But traditionally speaking, it would make more sense to students between 15-22 years of age.
