About Andrew
I am a final year MEng student at Imperial College London with A-Levels in Maths and Further Maths and eleven GCSES (A*/A). I provided one-to-one tuition in maths and physics for younger students whilst at sixth-form. My four years at university have refined my mathematics skills and I am confident in explaining advanced concepts and techniques to others. As I transition to graduate life, I am looking to pass on my knowledge and experience.

Lessons will start by reviewing topics covered in the previous session and marking work done between the lessons. Next having worked through some new theory together I will ask students to demonstrate what they have learnt with some simple problems and provide some homework tasks/self-learning resources for the student to complete ahead of the next lesson.
I am very attentive to detail and I use this to identify what aspects of a topic students are finding most challenging so we can focus on resolving relevant problems. I also believe it is important to gauge progress and will incorporate regular progress tests/checks into my lesson plans.

If lessons are cancelled or rearranged 24 hours or more in advance of the lesson a full refund will be provided. For cancellations and rearrangements less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% refund.
