I have 6 years experience in teaching and my approach towards teaching is unique with modern techniques involved while learning. Students only think study can be done by learning, cramming things but my dear friends' adoption of mnemonics, binaural and various other things can be acknowledged while studying. Lesson Plans, structure, blueprint is something everyone follows and I too inclined in same pedagogy.
