About Gaurav

I am a B.E. in Information Technology and a successful Startup Founder with a deep-rooted passion for teaching and mentorship. My academic journey has been defined by high performance—from being an NTSE State Ranker to achieving a 99 percentile in XAT and 98.44 percentile in CAT.

Beyond the numbers, my experience as an entrepreneur has taught me the value of clear communication and logical problem-solving. I believe that Basic Math and English are the two most critical 'languages' for a student's future success.

Why I teach: After automating my own business and reaching my academic goals, I want to help the next generation build the same foundational discipline that helped me. I specialize in taking students who are 'scared' of Math or hesitant in English and showing them that these subjects are actually quite simple once you understand the logic behind them.

My Credentials:

Education: B.E. in Information Technology (Mumbai University).

Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and JavaScript (Logic-based teaching).

Academic Milestones: 99+ percentile in national-level aptitude exams.

Professional Experience: Founder & Director of a recycling enterprise.

I bring a mix of corporate professionalism and a patient, elder-brotherly approach to my classes. My goal is to ensure that by the end of our sessions, the student doesn't just pass an exam but actually enjoys the process of learning.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Gaurav. I am an IT Engineering graduate and a startup founder with a passion for simplifying complex ideas. I offer personalized online tutoring in Basic Mathematics and English for school students (Grades 1–10).

My classes are designed to be more than just rote learning. Whether it’s mastering algebraic logic or improving English grammar and conversational confidence, I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation. Because of my background in technology and business, I help students understand why they are learning a topic, making the subjects more engaging and less intimidating.

What to expect from my sessions:

Logical Approach: Breaking down Maths problems into simple, step-by-step solutions.

Confidence in English: Focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and the ability to express ideas clearly.

Interactive Learning: A patient, encouraging environment where no question is a 'silly' question.

Flexible Scheduling: Evening and weekend slots available to suit the student's school timetable.
