About Dipesh
I am a Mechanical Engineer. I was teaching in engineering college for two years. Then I worked in NGO to create Science content for higher grades (6 to 8) for two and a half years. I switched to school to work with children. It's been one and half years that I am working with primary children. Mathematics is my favorite subject.

I start with understanding child. Where he is? Not only academically but also in life. The education needs to be soul feeling. For lower grades I will be bringing stories to introduce concepts. For upper grades it will be one on one experience sharing. And working on overall aspect of the subject and the child.
