About Rijesh
I'm an software engineer by profession but I like to be in teaching field parallelly.
Knowledge transfer and being with students will update ourself.
One thing I learned early in my teaching career is that learning doesn’t happen if a child is over tired, hungry, upset, scared or worried. Learning to be flexible and understanding with young children is a skill that will serve you well in your educational career.

Instead of spoon feeding, I like to interfere with students like a friend and make them to understand the concept based on
Visualization: This method is all about visual and practical learning. Not all concepts seem interesting for children.
Cooperative learning:Children with mixed abilities and skills are put into small groups and are assigned activities or tasks where the students can express their ideas
Inquiry-based learning:When a student asks questions, it is a sign that he or she is learning. This is what inquiry-based learning is.
