About Abigail

I hold a degree in English and am a native English speaker with a strong passion for language, literature, and communication. My academic background has given me a deep understanding of grammar, writing, analysis, and effective expression, which I bring into every lesson.

As both a qualified teacher and a native speaker, I combine subject expertise with natural fluency to help students develop confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. I am committed to making learning clear, engaging, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

My goal is not only to improve academic performance, but to help students feel confident and capable when using English in any setting.

About the lesson

With 7 years of primary school teaching experience and a degree in English, I bring the structure, expertise, and professionalism of the classroom directly into my online lessons. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, fluency, and a genuine love for English — all from the comfort of their own home.

My classroom background allows me to deliver well-planned, engaging, and structured sessions that are tailored to each learner’s needs. I specialise in phonics, reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, spelling, and exam preparation. Using interactive resources and clear step-by-step guidance, I ensure online lessons are focused, effective, and enjoyable.

I create a supportive and encouraging virtual environment where students feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and challenging themselves. Whether your child needs additional support, a confidence boost, or extension work to excel further, I am committed to helping them achieve real progress online.

Let’s make English engaging, successful, and rewarding — wherever you are learning from.
