About Daniela

I am fully qualified in all Pilates equipment. I have been teaching for more than 10 years. My background is in gymnastics and dance and I love sport and movement. I am available for one-to-one or group classes.

About the lesson

Each session lasts an hour and it is based on clients' goals. You will learn the Pilates technique, strengthen your core as well as improving your flexibility and reach a sense of well-being. After 10 sessions you will start seeing good results, especially if you suffer from lower back pain or neck pain.
