About Vismitha
I have worked as guest lecturer in teaching graduate and postgraduate students and also familiar with the pedagogical approach in educating school students.
In my opinion, a student needs to have a deeper understanding of the subject and recognize its relevance to real-world situations in order to develop in this day and ages.
Being a patient educator, I do not to form prejudiced opinions on my students. I provide time, personalize the way of teaching, focus on individual student rather than a group in making a progress.

I adapt my way of teaching by making presentations, suggesting books/videos that may be helpful, and offer advice on how to be better.
