About Nikki
I received my bachelor's in elementary education with a coconcentration in communications from Albright College in 2013. I then went on to be a long-term substitute teacher for 2 years in 3rd grade. After that, I received a contract and remained in the 3rd grade classroom for 8 more years. During that time, I tutored students in grades kindergarten through 6th grade along with doing some SAT Prep. I also received my master's degree in special education. After my 8 years, I went to an English as a second language position for the next two years, teaching students kindergarten through 4th grade. Watching students learn is my passion and I love to see them grow confidence and succeed!

I create individualized and engaging lessons, so the student receives the exact instruction they need. I use a variety of teaching strategies such as technology, manipulatives, and student interests to grab their attention and make lessons more engaging. I will communicate with parents/guardians, so I know exactly what the child is struggling with.
