About Katie
I am not only a mom to two very active boys, and therefore understanding of their minds and how they work, but have also taught in the classroom for going on 6 years. I like to remind students that we all have different strengths and weaknesses and we all learn differently. No pace or way of learning is less than any other.

I love to make what a child is learning work for them. I'm very understanding of different learning styles and that every child is an individual. I want to make learning engaging and meaningful to the individual, highlighting their strengths and helping them embrace what others may call a weakness.
