About Brandie
I have a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have over 20 years of experience in teaching elementary. It’s been my passion since I was little. I love helping people, especially kids who are struggling with reading, or anything they are struggling with.

I try to make reading fun and silly, but most importantly, I make it easy and teach the kids they can do it by building their confidence in themselves. I’ve had several students, from kindergarten to 5th grade, tell me how much they loved coming to reading groups with me. I also have students come back to visit me as adults and tell me I was one of their favorite teachers because I made them feel better about learning how to read when it was difficult for them.
