About Tracy
I have taught at the same elementary school for 9 years now. I pride myself on building relationships with my students that encourage and promote a love for learning. I try to learn my students' style of learning and what methods work best for their individual needs in order to help them become the best they can be. I am not just their teacher but one of their biggest cheerleaders.

I taught second grade for 3 years before taking my current position as a music teacher. During my time as a second grade teacher I was able to grow not only my high students but also my students who struggled with reading. I focus primarily on reading fluency but also aim to help improve comprehension by discussing what we read as we are working.
