I'm an electrical engineer who loved maths from day 1, from order of operations to factorials in high school, to triple integrals in univeristy. The objectivity of mathematics makes it one of the most beautiful subjects to learn and teach.

I like to introduce ideas first with examples, explain the significance of why learning this topic is important in reality. When students struggle , I conceptualise the problem, making it easier to understand. From there, it's practise all the way. Then when the concept is mastered, I begin to build on it, add complexity and challenge my students. When they conquer, it's a confidence boost and fosters a positive attitude towards the subject.
