I'm someone with a jovial personality, who loves to employ diverse tactics to ensure my students are engaging with what I teach. I don't criticize my students; I rather shift their mindset, simply by asking them to confess self-inspiring words, which makes them begin to think positively about themselves. This happens almost completely subconsciously.
