About Marlene
I am Marlene and I am 19 years old. I am currently studying at the University of Warwick in Coventry but I grew up in London. My friends describe me as kind, bubbly and very determined, character traits that I think are perfect to have as a tutor. I want to teach Maths because I love that eureka moment after figuring out a complex looking problem and would love to pass that feeling onto other students.

- Maths can be tedious but I teach in a fun, engaging way using practice questions, drawings, rhymes etc. to tailor to each individual's learning style ensuring high levels of progress in each student - Lessons are 1 hour long but double slots can be booked for longer lessons - Achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics and A* in A level Mathematics and I am currently studying a maths based degree - I teach year 2 - GCSE maths with 2 years teaching experience
