About Xanthe
I am an economics undergraduate at Durham University, and I want to inspire people to love maths and science just as much as I do. I want to help students reach their potential, and I believe a 1-2-1 setting is the best way of achieving that. I have previously worked in a pharmacy, a job that required a lot of patience and attention to detail, and I use these skills to help people build their confidence to not only be exam ready, but find a genuine enjoyment for the subject.

Patient approach to teaching maths, with a focus on understanding the logic behind what we're doing, not just the steps themselves. I can teach maths and physics at GCSE, and maths at A-level. I can also help with preparing for the 11+ in both maths and English. I gained an A* in A-level maths, and 9s in both GCSE maths and physics. I am flexible with working hours, to fit any schedule.
