About Logan
I am a high school teacher and love the role, I look to bring my skills to you as students in one-on-one or small group settings, this makes it easier for me to listen to where you're at and easier for you to ask questions --ka rawe! great for all envolved.
I am in the undertaking of learning to korero Māori, engari I cannot yet offer tutors in Te Reo Māori, however, I can provide tauanga instruction with a focus on kaupapa Māori

I am experienced up until undergraduate mathematics and post-graduate economics. I believe my skills would be best suited to students working through NCEA levels 1-3 or first or second year university students.
I will first give you the tools you need to understand the material. I will then use questioning to prompt deeper understanding of the problem you are approaching, and together we will find and use tools appropriate to problem solve the issue.
Lessons can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 45minutes, an hour - even two if you're keen - to best serve how you learn.
We will spend the time between my example giving, working through examples with support, and working through problems with feedback given only after.
We will find the correct balance of these things based on the material we are learning and how you are best learning.
Through patience and effort anything is achievable!
