I am an Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and development. I am pursuing my Master's in Data Analytics majoring in Machine Learning. I have 4 years of part-time tutoring experience with school students of all age-groups.

The teaching methodologies I practice are :
1) Problem-based learning which helps in:
> the development of critical thinking and creative skills
> The improvement of problem-solving abilities
> Increased student motivation
> Better knowledge sharing in challenging situations
2) Thinking based learning in which I focus on developing thinking skills beyond memorization and, in doing so, developing effective thinking on part of the students.
3) Competency-based learning in which I assess the knowledge of the students by assigning challenging assessments and grading them to make them aware of their progress and help them improve.
