About Samuel
Hello! My name is Sam Peterson. I am in my second semester studying media studies and journalism at Eastern Michigan. I'm also a D1 student-athlete, competing in track and field and cross country.
I have experience working in my hometown newspaper and helped start my high school newspaper. I have also excelled in high-level English and journalism classes.

As a tutor, my experience is what makes me unique. Even though I have not finished my degree yet, I have previous experience working in an actual newsroom.
Furthermore, I have excelled in advanced journalism and English classes. I would love to help you study for your vocab test or refine your paper.
I'd prefer to take on elementary, middle, and early high schoolers. I can assist with general English classes or anything of that nature.
