About Misty
I have over 20 years experience in education. In college, I worked in a school to start learning about early childhood. When I graduated, I started teaching in an elementary school. I am also ESL certified, meaning I can teach English as a second language. I am also SPED certified. I also spent time teaching in PPCD, now known as ECSC (early childhood special education.) My passion is helping students learn and grow. Not only do I teach curriculum, I also teach my students behavior techniques like managing emotions and working through frustration.
