My name is Mariam, and I am a PhD researcher in Early Childhood Education with extensive experience supporting young children’s development. My teaching approach is child-centred, play-based, and informed by evidence-based practice. I focus particularly on developing fine motor skills, early writing readiness, independence, and confidence.
My lessons are typically 45–60 minutes long, carefully structured but flexible to meet each child’s individual needs and interests. I use hands-on activities, practical resources, guided support, and positive reinforcement to ensure children feel motivated and capable.
Sessions are suitable for early years and Key Stage 1 children who need support with fine motor development, early literacy, or school readiness. My approach combines academic knowledge with practical classroom experience to provide engaging, nurturing, and effective learning experiences.
