About Juan Antonio
I was raised in the Netherlands by parents of holando-hispanic descent in a bilingual family where we all learned to speak english, dutch and spanish at the same time. Being the oldest in a family of six, there was enough practice going on in my youth. After high school, I started studying for high-school teacher and found my speciality in english. After graduating my propedeuse, I moved to spain to study history at the University of Granada. I have been combining this study with giving private dutch classes to spanish people.

I like to keep an informal class in wich the student can feel at ease while developing a proficient level at dutch in a relaxed manner. The classes will be strictly conversational so you can learn the dinamics of a native conversation. During the dutch classes we will teach trough a relaxed metodology of conversational classes, combined with grammar tips to reach a better understanding of the dutch using the english language as a translating tool. This includes talking about cinema, books, stereotypes, and cultural ideosyncracies.
