As a student I believe I will offer excellent support to pupils as I have sat in their shoes not too long ago and have a great understanding of what works well when studying. I am friendly and approachable which is definitely important to help build rapport and enable a safe environment for the pupil to feel comfortable to ask for feedback and guidance. My approach is to outline areas of difficulty and assess them via written work which I can offer feedback. Establishing revision techniques is also extremely useful and often ignored by school.
