About Sharon
In addition to teaching AP U.S. history classes, I have also taught freshman survey classes at TCU TWU, and NCTC. Though I no longer teach in the physical classroom, I continue to have a passion for inspiring a love (or at least not a hate) for history. I am attentive to each individual student's need. I believe that everyone loves history as everything HAS a history. My lessons will be interactive, using a variety of materials while incorporating critical thinking skills. My ideal students range from those struggling with on-level high school Social Studies classes to AP and college survey U.S. history students. I enjoy working with a variety of students with a variety of learning styles.
